In-stock orders are dispatched within three business days, subject to stock availability. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping destinations

We ship only to destinations with an available delivery option at checkout. Destinations without a confirmed shipping quote are currently unavailable.

Shipping is currently unavailable to your destination if your country or region is not listed at checkout, or if no delivery option is shown for your address and order. Delivery and tracking

Hong Kong deliveries normally arrive within three business days after dispatch. International delivery times depend on the destination and courier. Customs processing may cause delays. Tracking information will be provided when available after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for applicable import duties and taxes.

Delivery issues

Please ensure the delivery address is correct. Customers are responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses. Report damaged or lost shipments within seven days to info@mckeal.com, including your order number.
