McKEAL is the creation of Xavier and Stanley: two friends who are like brothers, brought together by a deep love of pickleball and the desire to make something they can be proud of.

For us, the game is about more than the score. It is the joy of a well-played rally, the challenge of getting better, and the friendships that grow across the net. That feeling is why we care so much about what we put into a player’s hands.

A personal commitment to every paddle

Xavier brings the founder’s passion and personal commitment to McKEAL. Stanley brings his eye for design and the same love of the game. Together, we want to turn that enthusiasm into equipment that feels considered in every detail, from the materials and construction to the way a paddle looks and responds on court.

Our ambition is simple: to create paddles and accessories that we are proud to put our name on, and that players are excited to take onto the court.

The story behind McKEAL

MC comes from our founder, Xavier, and represents his personal commitment to the brand.

KEAL was inspired by Doug Marcaida’s catchphrase, “It will KEAL,” on the television series Forged in Fire. The show’s focus on craftsmanship and putting a maker’s work to the test struck a chord with us.

For McKEAL, that inspiration becomes our own guiding idea: properly made to perform. It is what we want our work to stand for every time someone picks up one of our paddles.

Designed in France, with a love of the game

Stanley was educated in Paris and now lives in Lyon. He brings that French design perspective to McKEAL, with an appreciation for form, detail and the relationship between how something looks and how it works.

Working together, Xavier and Stanley share a belief that thoughtful design and a passion for playing belong in the same conversation. A paddle should be something you enjoy looking at, holding and, above all, playing with.

Our mission

We want to help more people enjoy pickleball through carefully designed equipment and a welcoming community. Whether you are finding your first rally, training with friends or preparing for competition, we want McKEAL to be part of the enjoyment that keeps you coming back.
